ONLY Cars rented in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Hermosillo, Mexicali and Tijuana can be driven into the U.S., but must be returned to Mexico. Cars rented in Mexico are NOT allowed to terminate in the U.S. Cars cannot be driven into or rented one-way to any other country in Central America or South America.
